Cooking with kids teaches them lifelong skills and to appreciate the work that goes into making a meal.

They see what the raw ingredients look like before being cooked, and the hands-on experience is proven to be good for their brain development. Plus it allows them to become aware of what is really in their food.

Top Tip: Instead of teaching Kids that eating vegetables is healthy, teach them instead that eating vegetables that make you healthy means you will be better at sports, smarter, and happier!
