Cooking with kids teaches them lifelong skills and to appreciate the work that goes into making a meal.

They see what the raw ingredients look like before being cooked, and the hands-on experience is proven to be good for their brain development. Plus it allows them to become aware of what is really in their food.

Cooking with kids also teaches them how to safely use knives, the maths required to measure ingredients, the readying needed to follow recipes, and builds self-esteem.

Top Tip: Instead of teaching Kids that eating vegetables is healthy, teach them instead that eating vegetables that make you healthy means you will be better at sports, smarter, and happier!
