Ingredients:

  • 4 mangoes
  • ½ cup Community Co Apple and Mango Juice
  • ¼ cup almond milk

How to make it:

  1. Cut the cheeks of your mangos into cubes. Have a look at the Mango Paddock to Plate module for instructions!
  2. Place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer overnight.
  3. Put all ingredients into a high power blender and blend. You can add more liquid to make the sorbet less thick if you prefer.
