Ingredients:

For Chocolate Balls

  • 1 cup Community Co Quick Oats
  • 1 tbsp Community Co Chia Seeds
  • 1/3 cup flax seeds
  • ¼ unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 -3 tbs water, if needed to get a dough like consistency

For Raspberry Balls

  • 1 cup Community Co rolled oats
  • ½ cup Community Co ground almond meal
  • 1/3 cup desiccated coconut
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

How to make it:

For Chocolate Balls

  1. Stir dry ingredients in a bowl, mix wet in separate container.
  2. Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix well. Top tip: your hands work best for this! You may need to add water to make the dough a better constancy.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins before enjoying.

For Raspberry Balls

  1. Defrost raspberries in the microwave and crush using the back of a spoon.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Roll into balls. Chill for about 10 mins before enjoying.
