Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • ΒΌ cup Community Co olive oil
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

How to make it:

  1. Drain and rinse chickpeas well.
  2. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. We like serving this with colourful veggie sticks like carrot, cucumber and capsicum.
