Chickpeas are a staple of the mediterranean diet, proven to have many health benefits.
- 1 can of chickpeas
- ¼ cup Community Co olive oil
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
How to make it:
- Drain and rinse chickpeas well.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth. We like serving this with colourful veggie sticks like carrot, cucumber and capsicum.
