This mango sorbet dessert so quick and healthy, perfect for summertime snacking.
- 4 mangoes
- ½ cup Community Co Apple and Mango Juice
- ¼ cup almond milk
How to make it:
- Cut the cheeks of your mangos into cubes. Have a look at the Mango Paddock to Plate module for instructions!
- Place in a plastic bag and put in the freezer overnight.
- Put all ingredients into a high power blender and blend. You can add more liquid to make the sorbet less thick if you prefer.
