Get creative with your leftover mashed potato.

  • 1 cup left over mashed potato
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt

How to make it:

  1. Pour flour into large bowl and add mashed potato into the middle.
  2. Create a hole in the middle of the bowl for the eggs. Add salt and mix with a fork.
  3. Knead mixture. You may need to add extra flour.
  4. Roll out dough into a long strip. Cut off 1 cm pieces
  5. Boil a pot of water and cook each piece for 2 mins
